We Can't Go Back

First day of high school today. I am so pissed off at everyone for not telling me how horrible it would be! Everyone was all "you're starting high school! How exciting!". I knew there was a reason i wasn't excited.
I think something's wrong with me, i made absolutely no effort to talk to anyone or make any new friends. It wasn't shyness. Normally, i'd talk to anyone who would listen. I honestly don't know why i didn't!
I felt so out of place at first, all the other year nines in my whanau class are brown and gorgeous, haha.
My whanau class is in a photography class, which should be pretty cool. I'll know my way around it once i'm year 11 and able to take photography!
They've already drummed part of their chant into me..."moana, what's your cry? V-I-C-T-O-R-Y!". Can't wait for swimming sports, it's gunna be great! Me and Kerry will dress up, like we used to on mufti days at intermediate (except everyone will be dressing up at swimming sports, so we won't look like complete twats) and apparantly i have to make a tutu...

But honestly. Why the hell do they make you start school in the middle of summer? I just don't get it.

And why do they lock the rooms at lunch and snack? I ate absolutely nothing all day. And drunk nothing. And then it was still locked when lunch was over and i had to actually go to a class for the first time, so i had to borrow some of Hannah's stuff...

But anyhoo, i'll stop moaning about school. What else? Nothing else has really happened!
